Dirt Devil Style 10 Vacuum Belt

Just what you'd expect
Well, the package is of what amounts to two large "rubber bands." They are new and clean and really taut, compared to the old one that I had to replace. The simple instructions on the packaging are clear enough that I was able to get the new band on right away. And since my last band was the factory original, I expect the new band to last another 2-3 years, and then I have an extra band in storage!

Broker after 5 minutes!!!!
Both belts in the package broker after just a few minutes of use. For the record, yes, they were the same replacement belts for the vacuum as listed. $ down the drain.

Perfect Fit
I was wary when I received this. It was just two belts in an envelope. No "real" package. But, they fit perfectly. The vacuum is working again and we are happy.

Package of 100 Replacement Aerus / Electrolux Type C Bags

Not such a great deal
I've bought bags for Electrolux vacuums for 20 years. I ordered these, because they were such a great deal. But after using several, I've found the seal doesn't always work. The rubber has torn on them, allowing them to leak inside the vacuum. Not good! This can ruin your motor. So I have to recheck them to make sure they are not leaking.

Not happy
I'm not happy with this product. I believed they were "real" bags for my electrolux, not a knock off. I have to change the bags during every vacumn, and they are only 1/4 full, but will not work. From now on all my bags will come from the electrolux store. I bought 100 of these bags, but it looks like it won't take long for me to use them up.

Genuine Multi-Filter, DVC Brand, Made in America
Four Ply Filter Bags. Look like the ones we've bought for years, from a local dealer.
Thanks for the deal. That meant free shipping, all you have to do is buy the 26 bag plus the 12 bag, and you are just over the free shipping threshold. Thanks to vendor and Amazon. BD

Speedy Sharp

Has *many* uses - sharpening, survival, firestarting, engraving
This is a _must have_ for the outdoorsman or survivalist type. It's rock-simple with no moving parts. Those in the metalworking industry will immediately recognize this as a disposable carbide lathe bit, albeit a little thinner. The uses I've found so far:
1. Sharpening - yes indeed. It does the trick, and fast. It works best on longer straighter blades (lawnmower blades, machetes, etc), won't sharpen serrated blades. No biggie, tho. Will shave mild steel so effectively it actually makes a curl ("swarf") of steel, you're actually whittling the steel. WARNING-steel swarf is very flammable. I noticed that harder steels and cast iron make more of a fine powder residue. Will also sharpen shovels for ease of use in the garden. It's best for touching up edges, but not for a fine, keen edge or initial sharpening. For razor-sharp edges, angular control is essential. The DMT sharpening kit worked far better for this purpose. Also, as in machining-watch out for "chattering". This is...

Everyone in my household has one!
I love how fast the speedy sharp sharpens my pruners, hori-hori, and other gardening tools. After using a file to sharpen, which is harder to do and takes a couple minutes, using the Speedy Sharp was a revelation - just a few strokes put a fresh edge on my blade and kept me pruning away happily with cleaner cuts and less effort.

My favorite thing is that the Speedy Sharp fits in my pocket, so for marathon days of pruning, I can sharpen every hour or so and keep a good edge on my pruning shears and lopper. It works on everything, scissors, knives, garden tools.

And it's made of some material that is supposedly so strong that only a diamond can scratch it. They have a lifetime guarantee, so if you do manage to nick it with your giant diamond ring (yeah, like that's gonna happen), you'll be all set to pick up a freshie from the company.

Seriously - this is an awesome tool. Every gardener should have one.

Amazing
Wow, sharpens quick or hones just as quickly. Lightweight, takes up little space and really works well. If you get a tad too aggressive with your sharpening it will take off more steel quicker than you might think, go easy. I bought several for gifts and all my knife carrying friends are ecstatic.

Westinghouse 7812700 Industrial 56-Inch Three-Blade Ceiling Fan with Ball Hanger Installation System, White

Best ceiling fan at ANY price
After a month of 24/7 use, I now have some experience. By far the best ceiling fan at any price. At $55, it moves more air and looks more contemporary & sleeker than any $500 designer fan. Same fan as the brushed nickel model so read those reviews as well. Set to the lowest speed, it moves as much air as some residential fans move at their highest speed.

I have it mounted above my bed. On the highest speed, it moves so much air it blows the Sunday paper apart & off the bed. Standard installation will lower the fan blades almost 2 ft so if you have 8ft ceilings, it's too dangerous for residential installation. The blades are metal, move at an incredible speed & could probably slice a tomato. You do not want them clipping your hand. BUT ... the down rod can easily be cut in half (with only modification being to drill a new cross mounting hole in the rod, keeping the blades safely above 7ft. Have never had to sleep with the fan set to "high" but the dogs love...

Great Product Great Service
We looked all over for a product like this to put in our stalls for our mini horse & donkey. It is just what we needed and the price, sevice and delivery was fantastic.

Great
I love the fan. I installed it on my patio. I'm enjoying it very much. I like everything about it. It
is exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend it to everyone looking for an outdoor fan.

32 BTL Electric Wine Cooler Cellar Chiller Single Zone Blk AZ-ea45ec-75

Wonderfully Quiet
Why would you want to have a wine refrigerator? Wine tastes better when served at the proper temperature. I don't know why people start out with the 6 to 8 bottle chillers. I think a better value for your money is to spend more and get the larger cooler. This holds 32 bottles, and it has adjustable shelves. The only drawback is that if you have extra long bottles, this cooler will not handle bottles that ice wine is shipped in.
This cooler is extremely quiet, and has a nice finish. It does not have dual cooling zones. You can set the temperature that you like. I tend to leave mine set at 50, and if I am serving a red I take it out and let it warm for a few minutes before serving. My old cooler was 20% larger, and held only 28 bottles. I think this is a great value for its price. I am looking forward to many years of service from this electric wine cooler.

So far so good!
Bought this cooler to save my wines from the Texas heat. Unit arrived well packaged and couldn't have been simpler to set up. Took about 24 hrs to get (approx 20 bottles) down to 55 deg F. Temperature is steady and unit is quiet. I was apprehensive about buying such a relatively inexpensive cooler, but the reviews are very positive and so far I am very happy with my purchase. I hope it continues to be reliable but the unit looks to be well made so I have no reason to expect any problems. This chiller was perfect for my current needs

great wine cooler
This wine cooler is so quiet i can't hear it run. The only problem I have is the shelves are little bit to narrow between shelves but they work ok for my wine.this would be a five star rating if it wasn't for that.

DeLonghi Nescafe Dolce Gusto Piccolo Plus Coffeemaker, Produces Gourmet Coffees, Lattes, Cappuccinos, Iced Drinks and more

Wow! I love this little machine.
I love this little machine. It is very fast and brews rich, dark coffee, espresso, and fancier coffee house drinks. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for something that is quick, convenient, and goes beyond just black coffee options. I was looking for a single brew system, because even a small pot of coffee can go wasted in our household. This system lets you brew one (small) cup at a time so you have fresh coffee when you want it. As a super-bonus, this one cup system allows you to make lattes, caramel macchiato, mochas, hot chocolate, and tea as well. This has virtually eliminated my daily Starbucks run. Here are a few things I think you should know before you make a decision to buy...
1. Brewing an 8oz cup of coffee takes only one capsule, and will cost you around 0.50 to 0.60 per cup.
2. Brewing a 7 to 8 oz coffee house drink takes two capsules, so it costs double. This is also true for the hot chocolate and chai tea latte.
3. The espresso...

Expensive investment
This little machine spits out a nice cup of coffee. A nice small cup of coffee. If you look at the instructions for each variety it reads that they all are under 8 ounces. Some are closer to the 6 ounce mark. If you go over that then you're just brewing water because the capsules run out of coffee and milk after a certain amount of water flows through them. You'll actually see it flow clear. The machine itself brews quickly and hot. It does make fancy coffee drinks (mocha, latte, cappuccino, chai, etc), but these drinks can be very expensive. A single box of capsules for a latte drink is $9.99 and only brews 8 cups (8 milk capsules, 8 coffee capsules) and these are small cups. If you want a larger mug you're going to have to use two of each. It would be fun for an office or for a dorm if you have the money to keep buying the capsules. I'd think of it as more of a once in a while thing and not something to use daily.

Works Beautifully!
I bought the Piccolo in black, which came with a box of assorted pods to get me started. It makes a very good espresso for a little, automatic maker. I still go to Starbucks when I want the best, but this funny looking contraption is my everyday espresso machine, and it keeps me satisfied.

I have used every pod they offer and made every drink possible, and they are all very good. I like that I can control the coffee to milk ratio, which lets me customize my drinks according to my mood. I use only water from my reverse osmosis system, which enables me to not have to use the descaling solution, and I am sure the coffee tastes better that way. The quality of the coffee and milk in the pods is very good.

One of my favorite drinks is the dark roast espresso. I make a dopio with a single pod, and the crema is wonderful. I can't say it is as good as Starbucks, but I also can't say that many other coffee house coffees are as good as the Dolce Gusto coffee. We...

Fragile
This item works great, but one piece ceramic legs are VERY easy to break,an expensive lesson I learned after only about the forth use.I bought an alternative product made by Ceramic Grill Store, and they actually have 3 different alternatives, each of them adding even more versatility. Worth checking out.

Plate Setter
Great product, I have a Gourmet Pots Kamodo style grill and this fits it perfectly. The day after I got it, I smoked baby back ribs for 5 hours and the meat fell off the bone.

Washable Dirt Devil F15 Filters for ALL Dirt Devil Quick Vac Models; Compare to part #1-SS0150-000, 3-SS0150-001 (3SS0150001)

Not sure what you're gaining here...
The standard factory filter is supposed to be replaced after 6 months. I assumed that a 'washable' filter would extend that time, but instead, this filter also recommends replacement after 6 months.. so what are you gaining? The ability (or perhaps the added work of NEEDING) to clean it during that time. And for the record, their recommended cleaning method is tapping out the dust, which can be done with the factory issued filter as well.

I'm gonna stubbornly use this filter as I had assumed in the first place... 'wash' it after 6 months, and then use it another 6 months. I'll update my review if something breaks or the world ends.

get it!
great product and got here fast! would recommend highly.better than original filter that came with vacuum cleaner when purchased new

exact replacement
this filter is an exact replacement, works great and my wife is happy now, so that makes me happier too.

This is an update on my first review.
We ordered 1 filter the first time to just make sure it was the right one and that it would work.
This time we ordered 4 and got free shipping.
Yes they are washable, DO NOT fall apart.
The reason we ordered more is simply because we know that eventually it will wear out just like your socks.

Mr. Heater 20,000 BTU Natural Gas Blue Flame Vent Free Heater #VF20KBLUENG

Works well.
I have provided two personal photos to show size. I am satisfied with this heater but beware that most states, including mine (MA), prohibits vent-less heaters as primary sources of heat and should only be used as supplemental.

With that said, please be aware that although this product is 99.9% efficient, the unit does give off a smell. The gas by-products that are burning off into the air make the .1% and it is important to keep one window cracked 1 inch.

I have a 1000 square foot apartment, and this year (December 2012) temperatures have dropped below 32 degrees a couple of times and this heater has more than done its job. It is extremely warm and very nice to look at with the blue flame and compact size.

This model does NOT have a digital reading of the temperature despite the product image description. I did purchase an indoor digital thermometer along with a carbon monoxide detector for safety, it has not detected any levels of carbon monoxide. It...

Heats up immediately! No vent is perfect
Great heater! We had a Williams brand wall heater that failed on us. If we were to fix it , it would have cost us around $150 just to buy the pilot for the old heater SO we decided to try this product. Note that the one we bought does not require vent, blue flame, natural gas. The blower fan blows the heat from the unit towards the room - it helps make the room heat quicker and it helps keeps the unit and the things close to it reasonably cool. Also we got the blue flame coz we read somewhere that the yellow flame gives out radiant heat (not sure). The 20k btu heats up a 20-30 degrees 700 sqm (approx) fairly quick. I would buy this product as a gift or recommend it to others.

Heater works, fan blower is a joke
I am pretty happy with the heater, but I have run several tests on the blower fan ... and I can't even tell a 1 inch difference in whether the fan is on or off.

I hear the fan running, (and I can see the blades moving) but it does not blow into the room (not even one inch more than if the fan is not on) - I am beginning to think the fan blades have no significant pitch to them - ie they just spin but do not move any air forward.

What do you suggest?

Mercer Cutlery Genesis 10" Sharpening Steel

Works Well
I don't know why it is called a sharpening steel when it does not sharpen. It is a honing steel for straightening an already sharp edge. As far as honing goes, it works very well. I use this right after I use my blades and because of this, I rarely have to sharpen my blades.

I have two problems with this honing steel: 1) When I first got it, there was a burr on the steel. Fortunately, my blade did not strike this burr too hard and it was fairly easy to get the burr off the steel. However, I am disappointed with the quality control. 2) The handle is an ovoid shape which forces me to hold the steel a certain way and therefore hone my blades on specific sides of the honing steel comfortably. This will lead me to use one area of the honing steel more than the other areas, causing unequal wear on the honing steel.

Other than those two gripes, this is a good honing steel and I am glad I purchased it.

Works Great
This item is very well built. High quality! Very nice rubber handle that won't slip in your hand one bit. A little heavy in the hand but not over bearing at all! Sharpens very well! 5 Stars!

Sharpening tool
Have only used once but am completely happy with...would recommend. I believe this tool is needed to really keep your knives really sharp.

4- Pads that fit H2o, Steamboy Microfiber Steam Mop

Great value and quality.
this replacement pad is great. Its thick enough to grab all the dirt but yet makes the steam come through. Liked the prodcut a lot. 4 pods came in the box, individually wrapped.

Work great
These pads (along with the Steamboy) really do work great. I get my hardwood floors done so much faster, and the microfiber pads really do pick up a ton of stuff (leaving nearly nothing behind). I'm also impressed that I can do the entire floors (easily up to 4 main rooms) without needing to switch pads. Amazingly, i also used them on the carpet to do a couple of spills (and fido's messes), and it was amazing. Worked better than my carpet cleaner actually.

Works with other steam mops too
I bought this because it was hard to find pads that fit the Bionaire steam mop. It fits perfectly!
Works well but the fabric is a little thin, so i can't use it more than once and once had to remove a pad midway through. I guess that's why it is a 4 pack. Otherwise these work great!

Kalorik 200-Watt Electric Meat Slicer with 7.5" Blade, Silver

Awesome
arrived quickly,as promised. Not what I expected for the price.Thought it was affordable enough, but well-built enough, that I couldn't complain b/c it would "get the job done".Very pleasantly surprised. This slicer is AWESOME.Looks and runs like a commercial food slicer.Effortless to slice any foods.Very easy to use and clean. All metal parts.I'm very satisfied with my purchase. What a STEAL.Purchased another for my mother.

Do kitchen gadgets really change your life?
I have had this slicer for a month now and have made about ten pounds of perfectly sliced beef jerky. The machine is also great for cutting cheese slices which is about a 50% savings from the cost of pre-sliced cheese. We also used it to slice lunch meats like ham and roast beef in super thin portions. This appears to be the biggest money saver as a pound of roast beef slices can easily cost from $6-$10 a pound in the deli, I am able to slice my own roast(or ham)for less than $3 a pound,
This very powerful machine disassembles easily for cleaning. My kitchen cabinets are full of gadgets that my wife and I never use but this one has changed the way eat and shop.

Great Meat Slicer
I bought the meat slicer for a christmas present for my husband and after we both have used it for slicing several different thing's, we both love it. It slice's just as it should, easy to clean and handle. We found the power is good, and is able to slice through meat, cheese, pickles, bread or whatever else you could put in it. We would suggest this product to anyone.

SquareTrade 4-Year Large Appliance Protection Plan ($2000-2500)

How Long IS the REAL warranty u pay for
After seeing the square trade warranty offered on ebay ( found it on amazon after 'search' because amazon didn't offer it at checkout ?) I read the SquareTrade contract details. Seems like the '4 year' warranty is only an additional 2 years beyond the OEM 2 year warranty. I guess a little bit of hype and hyperbole makes for a good sales pitch. All in all tho, aside from egregious marketing spiel, 289.00 to extend the warranty on a $2200.00 appliance is not REALLY all that terrible, esp considering most products will fail 5-10 days AFTER OEM warranty runs out lol. Sure wish they would be a little more upfront about the fact they are just offering an 'extended warranty' tho.

great price for full coverage.
Full coverage for the price, you can't beat it. I'm hoping I don't have to use it but knowing I have coverage on both machines is comforting. _

Confused
Still haven't figured out how to use it for GE dual range if we need to in future. Haven't had the time in midst of move & rrm

Cuisinart ® Commercial 1-cup Coffeemaker - Black

Important note to users getting watery coffee
I've had this brewer for over a year, and for the first few weeks was intensely disappointed in the watered down coffee it was producing. On the top of the machine it says "Fill water tank with COLD water". It took me awhile to realize that THIS is the secret of the machine. Something to do with the heating of the water slows it's drip through the pod. You get a much better cup of coffee if you use water from your refrigerator. It's still not a top of the line device, but it's good for it's price if follow this tip.
And [...] has good quality and service for pod ordering.

Great little brewer
This is a great little brewer for anyone who wants to brew just one quick cup or when you don't need to make a full pot. I use it when I leave early AM for the airport hours before the family wakes up. Green Tree supplies this unit with 50 pods of terrific coffee too. It's fast, quiet, and I think I'll easily save the cost of this brewer in coffee we don't pour out down the drain. Highly recommended.

Nice and compact unit but makes weak coffee!
I agree with Nancy Lind's review that the coffee that comes out of this little maker is very weak. If you like the flavor of a strong cup of coffee this isn't the unit for you. What I do like about it is its small size. I bought it for my desk at work and it fits perfectly and it's really easy to use. The instructions say not to use more than one pod at a time but I think I may have to. I'm just a little bit disappointed.

Haier HBCN02EBB 1-4/5-Cubic-Foot 42-Can Flat-Black Beverage Center

super horrible !! DO NOT BUY !
so i received my fridge from amazon, had to return it the next day due to 'funny' noises. received another within 2 days. still the same thing ! i thought i was buying a fridge, NOT A DARN WAVE MACHINE !!!! fridges make a vibrating noise, i understand that. but this machine was making the vibration noise AND a 'whooshing' sound on a constant basis. one of the worst products ive ever experienced with. waste of my time. i would not recommend anyone buy this !!! but if youre looking for a fridge that doesnt even cool your beverages and a wave machine in one, then this is for you. i dont even want to RATE this item, but looks like i have to. NO STARS !!! amazon making me rate the item, so i gave it one star when i believe that there shouldnt be any. please listen to me and DO NOT BUY!

stay away
this is the bottom of the barrel. front door will stop sealing within months of light use and leak the cold air. stay away

misleading
this product never worked. I bought it, plugged it in, it tried to go, and it conked out. In addition to not working, there is NO WAY 17 bottles will fit. My roommate and I spent 15 minutes trying all different configurations, and the max we could get in was 14 and that was a bit scary. The bottom section (where the cans are shown) isn't deep enough for wine to go straight back, and will only fit 2-3 (3 very shaky) bottles sideways on each.

GreenFilter compatible with Samsung Refrigerator Water Filter DA29-00003A DA29-00003B DA29-00003G HAFCU1

Not a replacement for Samsung DA29-00003G
This product is not a replacement for Samsung DA29-0003G filter. I tried to install it in my refrigerator and it didn't fit. Had to return it.

Works
This filter is a bit thinner and longer than the one I normally buy from Sears, so I had to remove a shelf in order to get it installed. The actual part at the top that twists into the filter holder fits as it needs to and there are no leaks.

Absolutely zero external markings or labels and no water analysis certificate accompanied the unit
I haven't had this filter long enough to make a more refined judgement. It's larger than the OEM version but that wasn't a major issue as I just had to remove a shelf to install it. The locking mechanism is not identical to the OEM's but it did install and "click" into place with no leaks. The fact that the unit had absolutely zero external markings or labels and that no water analysis certificate accompanied the unit does not instill confidence. I did notice it took quite a bit more than the usual number of glasses to purge all of the air. My concern is this is may be some cheap piece of you-know-what made in China with who-knows-what on the inside. For all I know it's adding contaminants to the water what with China being a paragon of environmental virtue. Having said that the water tastes fine but then so does the water from my tap.

Hamilton Beach 56221 Smoothie Smart Blender

Powerful, Simple, Loud
Our first blender over the $25 mark. We needed something for smoothies and frozen drinks, and this one delivers.

Pros:
- Useful buttons. I've seen plenty of blenders with an absurd amount of useless buttons/"modes". This model only has a few, but they're intelligent. "Crush Ice" will pulse in short intervals to... effectively crush ice. "Smoothie" will start similarly as crush ice, but transitions to a consistent blend after a few pulses. The result is a button I can push once and only have to worry about hitting "stop". The power on/off button a nice feature too.

- Power + Wave. Not sure if it's all power, or how much the "wave" effect comes into play, but this blender has no issue powering through ice/frozen fruit/whatnot. We were originally looking at the less expensive wave model, but I'm not sure if it would be as effective as this powerhouse. You can see the wave effect in action, which efficiently mixes whatever you've tossed in there.

-...

I'm really impressed
I've owned many blenders, including a Vitamix (a workhorse, but too tall and way too expensive, and not really all that--it required quite a bit of tamping to keep thick ingredients moving) and a Ninja (what a piece of utter junk). This one is the best I've ever owned--yes, including the Vitamix. I mainly want a blender for smoothies, which I like very thick and very...well, smooth. No little chips of ice etc. (part of why the Ninja was so bad.) This one was pretty amazing. water, plenty of ice, whole bananas, whole strawberries, and some protein powder, placed on the "smoothie" setting--in very little time it came out exactly the way I like it. No need to tamp.

Important price note: You can get it almost $20 cheaper at the walmart site, and the shipping is very inexpensive or you can get it shippied to your closest store location for free.

Easy to use, easy to wash.

I see several comments about noise. Honestly, I didn't notice any difference in noise...

Awesome blender. Great build quality.
This 700 watt blender really packs a punch. The function buttons are neatly laid out, and I give the blender 5 stars for ease of use.
The first smoothie, a banana/berry w/ lots of ice smoothie was ready for consumption in less than a minute. It came out buttery smooth & was a pleasure to drink. I look forward to using this blender.

Pros:
3 Year warranty.
Power cord tucks back into blender.
It has plenty of power to crush ice and frozen fruit.
Its smoothie button is nifty & and makes making smoothies more fun. Once pressed the blender will alternate blending speed and pulse for you.
Stainless steel construction.

Cons:
It is loud, but I honestly don't care.

Spt Thermo-Electric Wine Cooler with Heating, 12-Bottles

Great Wine Cooler
When looking for small wien coolers, I was scared of getting a so bad one because while looking for cheap and small wine cooler I've seen that there are many reviews saying that the one they bought makes a lot of noise, broke down or something else... After making some research I decided to get this wine cooler, and I ought to say that I'm happy to have chosen this one. It doesn't makes noise at all. It keeps the wine at the temperature I chose as it is supposed to do. It's got a light inside so you can see the wine if you like to. You may like also to leave the light turned on because it looks cool at night. Also, I've got the Prime Membership, so I got the two days shipping for free. If you don't have the Membership, don't worry Amazon always send the product on time.

Since I've seen so many people saying that the Wine Cooler they got broke down, I will update the review if it happens to me. It's been a week since I bought it, and the cooler works perfectly...

Very nice cooler
You read a lot of reviews of wine coolers being too loud or do not cool properly. This may be a direct result of people not reading directions. When you move a refrigerator of any kind the unit is supposed to be kept upright. The reason for this is because there is very thick lubricant (oil) in the compressor unit. If the refrigerator has been moved, stored, or delivered sideways the oil must be given time to drain back into the compressor properly. If your unit was just delivered to you and the box is upright then you have to assume that it could have been on the truck for several days. This means the oil is not in the correct position in the compressor to be turned on as soon as you bring it home. The box this unit was shipped in is large and will more than likely have to be put on its side to fit in your vehicle. The instructions with this unit clearly state not to turn the unit on for a few hours to allow the lubricant to settle properly. I allowed for three hours to pass before...

So far so great!
I just got this yesterday and set it to 57 and it works perfectly. I just purchased some reds and opened door stacked them in there, fit perfectly and the temp didn't budge. I had a cheap (1/2 priced) 6 bottle Emerson that worked well for 4 years, now it won't cool down, it is being affected my our Indian Summer heat, which it never mattered before how hot my place got. This new one looks soooo much better, very quiet, no complaints at all, so far. I will do another post if anything changes, but so far I love it. Btw, it is positioned exactly next to my old one. So the placment is the same, and staying at a cool 57! Exactly where I want it. It is about 68 in my condo right now.

Rubber o-ring gasket seal for Oster & Osterizer blenders.

It's a gasket
I live in the middle of nowhere and do appeciate being able to purchase something like this from amazon, but considering what this is, a rubber gasket, the shipping costs were outrageous. A gasket doesn't need a padded envelope; wrap it in a single sheet of paper and stick it in a letter size envelope with a .42 stamp for gosh sakes!

Acceptable but not great
Not near the quality of the original Oster sealing ring but acceptable. It is only about 1/3 as thick as the original.

Perfect
This item was exactly what I needed (after I lost the one for my blender). It arrived very fast and works perfectly.

DeLonghi VVX1470XGA Ironing Steam Station

Photo is misleading
The photo needs to be changed, it shows an anti-calc feature which is not on the iron I received. Also, the iron I received has a screw on cap for the water tank which is not on the model in the photo. After some research I have discovered that they are displaying a model VVX 1860G which does not seem to be available in the USA. I am very disappointed because I paid for overnight shipping and I am not sure if that will be refunded. Regardless, I have decided to return it because I really want the anti-calc filter and the water tank that can be refilled without having to turn off the iron and let it cool down for 15 minutes before refilling it and then waiting another 15 minutes for it to heat back up. I am ordering the Kaloric SIS 32968 instead.

(FYI-the written description also states that it has a non-slip cork handle which is incorrect, though I figured that before I ordered since the photo does not appear to be cork. Neither model has a cork handle)...

Great steam iron
I was in the market for a new iron as I was tired of the usual iron and having to use spray starch but never really achieving the results I wanted. After doing a lot of research on steam irons, I found that the most important factor was the amount of bars/psi of steam an iron can produce. This DeLonghi can produce 4.5 bars/65.2psi. It's an iron with the most amount of bars you will be able to find at this price. It takes around 15 minutes to heat up. Unfortunately, you cannot see a water level gauge; however, I fill this up just before doing the ironing each time. I was amazed at what this steam iron can do. I can do napkins in about 30 seconds. A shirt takes a couple of minutes. I was able to bring this iron to the dining room and iron a table cloth with no problem. This iron makes ironing a joy. It is worth the money. I would recommend this iron over the Pro 300 which only has 3.5 bars of pressure.

At last!
When we contemplated moving from London to California I had concerns about many things but I never expected that the thing that bothered me most would be laundry! I'm not an ironing perfectionist by any means but even with the same (good quality) make of iron as I had in the UK I wasn't happy with the results. Perhaps it's the difference in current. But now I believe I have the solution...
It's not exactly the item pictured and it's still very new so time will tell, but this baby looks like it could do the job. Breezed through polo shirts and cashmere sweaters. Did my husband's (double cuff, sea island cotton) work shirts from bone dry...a first! And I've only got the steam setting turned up halfway. I've yet to try linen but I am very hopeful.

Downsides:
1. Not the cheapest but it feels substantial enough to last.
2. This sounds pathetic but I had to virtually destroy the box to get the thing out.
3. Once out, it's a bit daunting but follow the...

Broil King NWT-28S Professional Extra-Large Stainless-Steel Warming Tray

Broil King Warming Tray
Tray is very sleek and attractive. Handles are nice and low so that they do not interfere with dishes placed on tray. The cord is a quite short but that is probably a safety feature. It would impossible to use without an extension cord unless it is sitting on a kitchen counter top. It is exactly what we needed.

Still using it after football season
I bought this primarily for use during the football season when Sunday Funday is at my house every week. I am finding that it has come in handy for a couple of other events, including my daughter's baby shower. The construction is very solid, and it performs as I had expected. I may have been able to get away with a smaller size, but the XLG means I don't have to choose which dishes deserve to stay warm.

Broil King Professional Extra-Large Stainless-Steel Warming Tray
Does exactly what it's expected to do, and has good capacity - got raves from guests when I hosted a Christmas drop-in

Hoover Windtunnel Powered Hand Tool, 40200013

Hoover Company #40200013 Turbine Up Hand Tool
The Turbine Up hand tool is small, but very useful. It has a spinning brush that is excellent for picking up pet hairs on scatter rugs and furniture. It cleans well, but does not suck the rug off the floor. It is easy to use. Since the tool slips onto the hose of most vacuum cleaners, it can be used with machines other than the Hoover. I highly recommend it.

Amazon Was Great; Zero Stars for Portable Guy
I ordered the Hoover Turbine Powered Hand Tool from Portable Guy. They got it to me fast and everything was in order. Bad news. It was the wrong part. The confusion belongs to both Hoover and Portable Guy. It turns out Hoover makes many Turbine Powered Hand Tools and in my case, the packaging does not even call the part a Turbine tool. The marketing is confusing at best and Portable Guy needed to clear that up BEFORE promoting the product.

Portable Guy was willing to accept the part in return with no re-stocking fee but I would have to pay shipping. I didn't want to pay shipping so I pleaded my case. I even asked Portable Guy to explain how I erred in my order. All they could say was that Hoover referred to the part I ordered as a Turbine part, even though Hoover never marketed the product as a TURBINE tool. The marketing also said it would fit my machine and did not.

That's when it happened. Portable Guy turned passive/aggressive. When AMAZON agreed to intervene...

Not worthwhile device!
I have to admit, I lost the original hand tool, which is really cheap, just an all plastic, no brush device. Hate to say it, that tool worked better than this one, which I spent considerably more money on. The Turbine Powered Hand Tool works off the suction of the vacuum cleaner, which is OK, but not very powerful. It's not a powerful movement, so you're actually much better off using the cheap unit that comes with the vacuum cleaner. I finally found that you can buy the original hand tool direct from Hoover at Hoover.com.

Hope this helps!

Mr. Coffee ECM20 Steam Espresso Maker, Black

Pro and Con of this machine
I must confess that I spent a lot of time trying to get a good coffee maker, I had a Krups Single Serve My Cafe for about a year, I was never happy with it anyway. I am the only coffee drinker in my family, so I do not want to shop for a drip 10 cup type of coffee machine, so I bought this one.

Here is my review of this machine:

1. Build quality - Yes, the knob and top cover is a bit of hard to turn, build quality is so so, but I think the inards of this machine is ok, it generate steam quickly and appear to be built with no better or worse quality than many of the steam type espresso machines.

2. Coffee - Here is something that I am really surprise of, I think it makes great coffee, I run through it with three different kind of Ethiopian coffee, to my surprise, I can tell the subtle different among them, this machine produce very good coffee. Coffee is also hot enough contrary to some of the reviews mentioned.

3. Cost - I think this is a...

Watch your grind
I picked this product up at a local store for mid $20's after getting sick of making my coffee with a stove top espresso machine. I couldn't see spending $100+ for something conceptually as simple as an espresso machine. I know someone who got a simple Krupps machine for about $40 years ago and it still works just great. But since I couldn't find anything else in the sub $40 range, I settled on this one.

It makes a fine cup of coffee if you just want to use prepackaged coffee grinds or you use a basic coarse to medium grind. BUT, when I tried to use a very fine grained "espresso" grind on my beans, almost nothing came out. It seems that too fine a grind stops up the filter holes and the machine just doesn't have the oomph to force the water/steam through.

Also, it does suffer from

- a very difficult to turn knob (don't get this product if you have arthritis)

- a caraf lid that won't stay on let alone stay properly oriented

So...

if you like moka, this is the ticket
I have read so many negative reviews of this wonderful little moka machine, I must put in my 2 cents. First, this is a stream machine, meaning it makes moka not espresso. If you like Bialetti but want cappuccino instead of cafe latte, then this is perfect. The grind must be close to espresso, finer than for Bialetti, and you must tamp it down, but no tamper included. There is only 1 knob, yes it is stiff, but i don't have arthritis. The round design makes it easy to handle even though it is very light. It descales with...vinegar! How about that, actually a traditional machine. The panarello works, just put in extra "cup" of water for steaming. Make 2 "cups", not 1 or 4, and always start with cold machine, or use very, very cold water. Stop the brewing as soon as moka hits 2 "cups" or it starts to steam instead of brew, then switch the knob to steam for the milk. If you don't, coffee will taste slightly burned. I have owned espresso and moka machines from USD5 to USD1,000 over a period...

Master Lock 3041DAT SteelCor Bungee Cords with Organizer, 10-Pack

Great Gift for New Truck Owner
I bought these for my husband, who just purchased his first pickup truck.

He likes the lengths they come in, that they are all the same color, and that they come on a solid plastic holder you can store them on.

The cords are sturdy, and the hooks are solid and don't feel like they'll unbend any time soon (if ever).

All in all, a successful gift.

___________________

UPDATE 30 JUNE 2010: We use these a lot when carting things around in the truck. Every time he grabs them (still stored on the plastic organizer) my husband comments on what a great find they were and how happy he is that I bought them for him.

I would definitely recommend this.

Handy Cargo Bungees Cords
These Bungee Cords by Master Lock provide a great organizer of various size bungee cords. The bungee cords are heavy duty and well made. The best part for me is the organizer, this is a big improvement over the small canvas bag I kept in my truck with various size bungees. In the past everytime I needed a few to tie down some cargo I had to waste time untangling a mess. No more with this organizer.

Strength, Variety, Convienance
This pack contains 10 bungee cords with a variety of combinations of length and strength. The pack that it comes in helps to keep all of the cords organized and easily accessible in your trunk or the bed of a truck. I appreciated the varieties, and the strength of the connections. After quite a bit of use, none of the cords are frayed and while they have been stretched out a bit, I still feel confident relying on these cords.

Oreck Odor Fighting Hypo-Allergenic Bags, 12-Count

Oreck quality
These are very nice bags for the Oreck handheld vacuums. They are small but that is because of the design of the vacuum not the bag. A good bag to get if you have pets.

Love these bags!
These are not the Orek bags you get at the vacuum cleaner store. They are sturdy and they really do control odor from my dog. We have stink bugs and I use one vacuum cleaner to clean these up. The bugs soak through the ordinary paper bags and get out. These bags contain the bugs and I can use them much longer than the others. The price was lower than the company website's best sale price. My only complaint is that they don't come with a filter like some oreck bags do.

Great
Kinda costly but great overall Changed from Oreck now to Hoover which I like much better Nothing else to say

83375/83376 Sears Kenmore Aftermarket HEPA Filter

Quality for the price
I purchased this filter a year ago and as mentioned by the previous reviewer the frame is somewhat cheaper than the original manufacturer replacement. The filter has held up with no problems, plus when you figure the savings over the original it's at least 40%. Needless to say, I just purchased my second filter for the coming year.

Sears Kenmore Aftermarket Filter
This was a great purchase! Instead of the plastic housing on the OEM filter, this was a very heavy duty cardboard housing with the same interior filter properties. At a 60% cost savings to me, it's a wonderful deal and it keeps my Kenmore Air Purifier working in top condition!

Very Impressed!
I was surprised with how similar this aftermarket HEPA filter is compared with the Sears brand. It was very easy to place into the purifier. Yes, as others have noted, the frame is not quite as sturdy as the Sears brand (not really sure why that matters anyway, as it just sits there); but for a $50 savings, I have no complaints!

Honeywell Replacement HEPA Filter 20500

Bad Odor for this Order.
Terrible chemical smell was not what I wanted when I order this filter for my HEPA Honeywell air filter. The filter had a very strong chemical odor, much to strong to even leave it out of the box at all. When I contacted the seller I did not get a reply even after waiting 6 days. At that point I filed a claim with Amazon, only then did I get notice from the seller of a refund. The seller did make the return easy, in that the seller had FedEx pickup the filter, I just has to seal the box for return shipping. This filter is not made by Honeywell, this particular size has been discontinued by Honeywell, but Honeywell has a replacement made up of two filters stacked together in my air filter, these filters, which I ordered directly from Honeywell, had no stink and are working just fine.

Great Product; should have bought it sooner!
I looked in all my local stores and could not find the filters, just the new or upgraded units. I was so please to find this item online, at a reasonable price, and it shipped so fast that I've sent letters to family members that took much longer to arrive. Not to mention my lungs feel so much better now.

Bad hayfever
I have a big Honeywell in my home office and I keep the door closed and the AC on recycle. The air filter runs constantly and when I step into the room it feels great! Sneezing and dripping stops very quickly. I tend to replace this particular filter once a year.

Evriholder Sophisti Clean Iron Organizer

Love this product!!!
I absolutely love this product. I have a tiny apartment and virtually no storage space and nowhere to conveniently store both my iron and ironing board. Problem solved! The Sophisti Clean Iron Organizer keeps everything neat, tidy and out of the way. It was super easy to install and the wall mount is heat resistant! I would absolutely recommend this product to all.

Great Product
Purchased this to make a home for our iron and ironing board. So glad to have the ironing board up off the ground in a neat and organized way. Very easy to install and get the iron and ironing board in and out. Great product.

Excellent!
This is an excellent product. I purchased for our new laundry room which didn't have good cabinet or storage space. It was very easy to install and functions perfectly for holding our iron and ironing board. It keeps the cord from the iron perfectly tucked away. Although we've only been using for a few months, I can tell that this product is high quality and will last as long as we are living at this house. Highly recommend!

Panasonic Replacement Bag for Canister Vacuum Cleaner MC-CG4/MC-CG3

A Good Value
They work very well.
I went with a product made by the manufacturer because I didn't want any problems. And there were none.
It's important to note there are FIVE bags per package. Thats not obvious when you first look at this page. And for a little over a dollar a bag they are a good value. Since they are made by the people who made the vacuum they fit easily, and don't leak at all.

Not for MC-CG973
The C20-E bag is for vacuum types MC-CG4xx and is probably well suited for those machines. You will see this if you enlarge the item image.

The Panasonic MC-CG973 is a larger vacuum and uses the larger type C-5 bag. The MC-CG973 came with one type C-5. I ordered the Amazon recommended bags when I ordered the vacuum. Type C-20E arrived and were obviously the wrong bags. Sears sells a variety of bags for this machine some are available from sellers on Amazon. Look for Kenmore 5055.

I returned the bags unopened for a refund. Amazon gave full refund, Thanks.

Not for MC-CG902
Amazon ads are sometimes very misleading. They pair things together with a set price that makes you think (quite naturally) that the products go together. The truth being that lots of times the accessories shown with the product do not even go with that item. The replacement bags and the fitrete vacuum bags shown with the panasonic MC-CG902 do not fit that vacuum.

I made the mistake of thinking this was a good price for all three, ordered without truly zooming in and researching it and found out too late to return them. Now I have replacement bags that do not work with the vacuum. I have learned my lesson too late. Be careful when you see things grouped together as a package deal!

Vitamix 5200 White - 7 Yr Warranty Variable Speed Countertop Blender with 2+ Hp Motor (64 OZ, WHITE)

Not what I expected
After 5 years of considering the purchase of a Vita-mix I finally took the plunge after seeing it at a Costco "roadshow". I am not a big smoothie person, but I was motivated by my constant efforts to get more greens into my kids. Green smoothies sounded like a great way to do this painlessly. Also, I was enraptured by the demo of the tortilla soup, one of my favorites. I justified the price (yikes!) with the thought that this was going to be great for our ongoing efforts to get more veggies into our daily lives.

If smoothies are the only thing that you are thinking about making... or other concoctions that are thin and slide easily on their own out of the blender jar, then go for this product. If you are going to be making anything that requires you to coax it out, then think again. I expanded my useage of my Vita-mix to include making Hummus, nut butters, bean dips and pureed dates for use in other raw snack recipes. The amount of frustration that I experienced...

Excellent Blender
I have wanted a Vitamix blender for a few years now. However, I just couldn't see myself parting with the more than $500 to get one. Inexpensive it is not, but as much as I hate the price--which is why I gave this four stars and not five--- I have to admit that this blender works extremely well. I became acquainted with vitamix through a friend. She had one, in fact she has had it now for more than 10 years. We cook together a lot for our families and doing so gave me the oppurtunity to use her vitamix quite often. We made everything in it, shakes, salad dressings, sorbets, nut milks, marinades, soups, baby food, chocolate pots, and smoothies. Through it all it has performed well. Above and beyond any blender that I have ever used. I love that most jobs take less than 1 minute with this blender. I love to cook but I hate to waste time in the kitchen. I love gadgets that save me time in the kitchen and this gadget does. When I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy my own vitamix I...

The Greatest Thing Since Sliced Bread
My first experience with the VitaMix was at the Culinary Institute of America as a student. Every kitchen was equipped with a VitaPrep, the professional version of the Vitamix. I personally saw students commit acts against nature on a daily basis. That bad boy stood up to everything we threw at it on a daily basis for year after year.

I went for years wishing that I had one in my home kitchen. When I finally decided to spring for one, I choose the VitaMix 5200. I called VitaMix and spoke with one of the customer service representatives. She told me the only difference between the VitaMix and the VitaPrep was the warranty. The VitaMix (home use) was 7 years and the VitaPrep (commercial use) was 3 years. It makes sense given the type of use that the device will see in a professional kitchen.

The home version has not disappointed. It is as sturdy as its' big brother, the VitaPrep. I also purchased the dry container, too. The almond butter is a delight. Be...

Cuisinart Blender Gasket (CBT-500/CB-18)

Tub Gasket from Home Depot/Lowes
I found a rubber gasket at home depot slighly thicker (read better) and a little wider at home depot in the plumbing department. It was the tub drain size for $2.50. Also in that department they had the rubber in 6x6 squares that you can use to make your own gasket with a pair of scissors if you just want to trace your old one. I think that was $4 for a pack of 2 but you can trace two of these gaskets on each sheet so you end up with 4 gaskets for 4 dollars (or 2 thick ones if you double up). Save your money.

Not Durable. Blade assembly needs new design.
Shame on Cuisinart for not correcting this known problem on their expensive blender. This plastic blade assemby should be constructed with stainless steel reinforcement to deal with the torque coming from the 500 watt motor and the temperature extremes of crushing ice. The part eventually develops hairline fractures and begins to leak. Even $30 blenders use all metal construction for their blade assemblies! This same part is still found on the new units currently selling on showroom floors. The is no waranty by Cuisinart, even when you buy a brand new replacement.

Fixed a leaking blender
I ordered this gasket to replace the original that is over five years old. What can I say? It's supposed to prevent leaks and it does. Delivery was quick, blender is now ready for margaritas.

Whirlpool WHKF-R-PLUS UltraEase Plus Inline Filter Replacement Cartridge

Cheaper at Lowes
Folks, these are only $16 at Lowes. Free in-store pickup, or pay to have it delivered.
The filter is very easy to install. I've been using them for about 3 years, a new one every 6 months or so.

Very easy to install.
This replacement cartridge is very easy to use. I mounted the unit to the back wall beneath the sink so it was out of the way. This has made it more difficult to service. So to have a replacement cartridge that is easy to replace without extra effort is a blessing.
The filter also does a great job of making our water taste much better; the chlorine flavor is gone.

Works perfectly
I remodeled my kitchen a few years ago and put in an instant hot water faucet (which i love) by the sink. It was recommended to me to install a water filter between the water source and the heater tank, so I got a Whirlpool kit. This is the replacement filter. All I have to do is shut of the switch at the top, unscrew the old filter, screw in the new one, and flip the shut-off switch. Very easy. I only have to change the filter about every 10 months or so, and they're not expensive.

Air King 8900 Ceramic Heater with Pivoting Head and Adjustable Thermostat

Sounds like a hair dryer
Blows about as much air and as much heat as if you'd propped up a small hair dryer. About as LOUD as a hair dryer, too.

Things unclear in the picture:

The adjustment allows you to swivel it on the bar in that position, not change its position on the bar.

It's tiny. It's about the same size as two hair dryers, side-by-side, and almost as loud.

It does make warm air, but it does so VERY LOUDLY.

Did I mention it's LOUD?

If you turn one on to take a relaxing bath in a warm environment, this is loud enough to startle you each and every time it pops back on, from over six feet away.

For about the same price, you can get a Vornado Vortex Heat Whole Room Compact Portable Electric Space Heater EH1-0025-01, which is nearly silent, and does the same job in about the same amount of space, with MORE air flow. Silly me, I shoulda bought another one...

Awesome portable electric heater
This heater really moves the air and puts out the heat. Great for warming up your feet and the chair your sitting on. Heater is lightweight and very quite for how much air it moves. Don't buy those cheap heaters for $20, their loud and only last approx. 12 months. Buy this one for many years of warm feet during those long winters.

Green House Heater
Waited a while to put in the review,we have this in our small Spring Gardner 8X10X8 greenhouse for winter heat.It has worked flawless, of course its Texas and we don't have the deep freezes that the North has but we have had some cold temps this year and its preformed just fine at low settings. Very happy with it,form and function in my opinion is excellent.

Conair Compact Fabric Steamer

It works, but has some design flaws
I had originally owned the previous model of this steamer, but the heating element began to have troubles. So, I needed a replacement. The older model was slightly bigger and heavier, but at the same time, it also had a better design. There are a number of design problems with this unit that just make it frustrating to use and to have around the house.

Hose Length

The older Conair steamer model that I previously used had a longer hose. This allowed for longer reaches without dragging the whole unit with you. Why they shortened the hose length on this model, I have no idea. But, Conair needs to go back to a longer hose to be more useful in all situations. I had even considered trying to use the older hose on this model until I realized the connectors are not compatible.

Too Light

This model is so light, it can be picked up with the stand that holds the steamer handle even full with water. While light is great in some instances, in this...

Saves me from ironing!
I love this steamer and use it on an almost daily basis. I hate ironing and getting out the ironing board is a pain. This steamer is quick and easy and works perfectly. The only fabric that I've found that needs a little more oomph than the steamer can give it very wrinkled silk. I also like to use this steamer for freshening up my husband's sports coats and other dry clean items between cleanings. Great steamer!

Great product
I love this, I use it on a daily! My husbands clothes come out wonderful. Not only do I save a fortune on dry cleaning but his clothes last much, much longer because their are no harsh chemicals being used. I use it on all his suits and his business casuals.

Waring Pro MX1000R Professional 3.5-Horsepower Blender, Black

Waring MX1000 review
Pros:

Professional smoothies (exactly like Jamba Juice)

Very easy to clean

Polycarbonate carafe

Quick (does its business very quickly)

Cons:

Expensive (not everyone spends $400 on a blender)

Loud (not appropriate for apartment living)

Bulky (its significantly larger than a normal blender)

When I unpacked this blender I knew right away that it is a very serious machine. The base is very large and heavy duty with two large switches. One is for pulse and the other high and low speeds. The engine is rated at 3 horsepower and power cord is very think similar to the cord used on a high power drill or garage tool. The unit itself has a geared metal socket that matches a toothed metal gear built into the carafe. No plastic clutch that can break. The lightweight polycarbonate carafe sits on four posts, but will need you to hold it down with your hand on top for it to work correctly. The blade is...

Handles what others can't!
We have gone through 4 blenders in the last 18 months. We are consumers of high quality products and usually do our research. Each and everyday we make "fruit shakes" for our family of 5. Our mix consists of frozen fruit, sometimes some fresh fruit, yogurt, and oj. Our other blenders burned out, even the Blendtec couldn't handle the job (it automatically shut down on us, plus it couldn't really handle 64 oz. of our mix!). But this guy (okay, it's very masculine looking), can do the job quick and make enough in the mega-sized 64 oz. plus pitcher for all 5 of us (we usually have to make 2 pitchers). Frozen drinks are just about all we use a blender for so for our purposes, this is the only one for us! It's loud, it's scary, it moves about a bit, but it does the job so fast that it doesn't matter that much. It's not that attractive to my eyes, but my DH thinks otherwise. I usually like to store my appliances in cabinets, but this one is too big and heavy to move in and out each...

Great Blender - so glad I didn't buy a Vitamix
I have got hooked on making protein rich smoothies to help avoid muscle aches and pains after strenuous work outs. (And they really work, at least for me).

I was tempted to buy a VitaMix, but while doing the research, needed to buy something, so ended up with an Oster Mixer Oster 10-Speed Blender - White that I got from Target for about $17. I was amazed at how well it worked, and decided to see how I got on with it, seeing as how at the price it was I could buy a new one every couple of months and still be ahead of the cost of the VitaMix!
As I started to add green leafy vegetables to my smoothies, and make them more viscous, blending became harder work, both for me and for the Oster. While it never gave up, it took its time to do the job, and would smell slightly cooked at the completion.
The thought of having a really nice blender had never gone completely away, so I went back to my research.
The VitaMix looks very attractive, but I could never quite...

Nice deal and fast delivery
Exactly what I needed and fast delivery. The bag had Electrolux printed on it instead of Eureka, but they are the same bags, so all good. I'm happy

Needed accessory for a useful vacuum cleaner
I was desperate to find these bags for my old Sanitaire, I purchased several of them and they should now last as long as the vacuum cleaner does.

Impress IM-730W Oscillating Fan Heater with Thermostat White

surprise! a great product
I needed a small, lightweight heater to warm-up the bathroom on cold winter mornings. This one one did it in spades. On cold winter mornings, this little heater quickly warmed up a freezing bathroom in no time. Before finishing brushing my teeth, the bathroom was warm and cozy to shower. A comfortable temperature was maintained as long as I was in the bathroom. This heater is small about 13 in. square and very quiet. And best of all, the price was very reasonable. What more could one ask for?

Nice!
Small yet gives out a lot of heat. I had tried a few others that either were way too loud, or the temperature dial seemed "off." I do have it in a small bedroom, but it does a fine job.

Price Gouging?
Great heater, looking for another for my office and can't believe how expensive it is! Paid $15.00 for first one, now it more than doubed!

CucinaPro 9910 Double Coffee Brew Station, Black

Handy for Two!
My husband drinks regular caffeinated coffee while I drink decaf, so this machine is great for us. We do have one complaint, however, the coffee is not hot enough, not when first made and not while sitting on heating plate. :(

CucinaPro 9910 Double Coffee Brew Station
Great Product!!!!!
No timer but a $5.00 timer from Wal-Mart will work. I have my coffee when I wake up and my wife has hers.

Would recommend
Great product, does it's job well. Only downside is it's not programmable and I would have preferred thermal carafes as my previous one that lasted 12 years, but after looking for 3 months I decided this was the best I could find for the reasonable cost .

LG LFX31945 Super Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Door-in-Door, Stainless Steel

DON'T BUY THIS!!
This is a super-sweet tricked-out fridge. Love the door in door feature. We bought it and had it installed March 15, 2013. Six weeks later, May 3rd, the freezer stopped working. It took a while for an LG certified service guy to be found for our area so a few days later someone came out and spent no less than 3 hours working on it. He didn't have the part he needed by the end of that, so ordered it and scheduled a return visit for two weeks later, after the part would have arrived. Mid-may, he returns and works for another 4 hours. LG tech support tried to help, but in the end, that didn't work either and ANOTHER part was ordered and another visit scheduled for two weeks out. Last Saturday, June 8, 2013, he came out again, and was here working on the problem for at least 3 hours (seriously, by now we're going to start exchanging Christmas cards with this guy!) and declared it unable to be repaired, possible recall. We went back to the store we bought it from and was able to easily...

Best refrigerator I've ever used
The few who have a bad experience are usually the ones who write a review, so I thought I'd write one.

This door-in-door fridge is the same basic design as the LG LFX31935ST, the only fridge to receive Reviewed.com's "best of year" award twice in a row: http://refrigerators.reviewed.com/products/lg-lfx31935st-blast-chiller (Note: reviewed.com cannot review reliability).

The differences are that this unit does not have the "blast chiller" (boo) but does have the "door-in-door" feature.

I really like the door-in-door. It is large enough to give quick access to three 1/2 gallon juice/milk containers, two full-gallon milk containers, 3 cans of soda/beer (strangely, the shelf labeled for cans is almost wide enough for 4 cans, but not quite. It looks like they could have easily widened it a little to fit 4 cans).

The fridge is quiet, looks good, and seems to be very well organized. The shelving is a little "plasticky", though some bins have...

LG does stand for "life's Good" with this fridge,
Bought one from the Sears Outlet for less than half the listed price. Yes it did have a few dings; but nothing that would be really noticed. Works great; no problems. Plenty of room and seems to keep the produce fresher longer; quiet and I haven't had any problem with the ice maker. Loads of room and pretty much fits in the same slot as the old Jen-Air that I had. The Led lighting is fantastic; open the doors and its like a near death experience; going into the light.
All in all a pretty cool fridge; really pleased.

Whirlpool Part Number 8562081: BASKT-WARE

Grateful for the new basket!
The original basket somehow started to lose the bottom webbing that held the utensils. We were delighted that an exact replacement was available. It seems of good quality and it arrived rather quickly. We're very happy with our purchase.

Great Purchase
I purchased this for my Kenmore dishwasher. It arrived very quickly. I was exactly as pictured. It is very sturdy and fits perfectly in my dishwasher.

Perfect
The basket that came with our dishwasher broke down. The bottom was riddled with holes that allowed the flat ware to fall through. This basket was the perfect replacement. It shipped in a timely manner, and replaces the basket we had perfectly.

eHealthSource ETD250 Electric Mini Dehumidifier

TheGoodTheBadTheUgley
This Dehumidifier was shipped Aug 30, 2013, and has already STOPPED WORKING. What a Piece of JUNK this is. I received the item, read the instructions, plugged it in and it did work for approximately 15 days. The first couple of days I emptied the water before it the container was full. I was actually afraid it might overflow, but I decided to let the dehumidifier completly fill until the unit automatically turned off. That part work, the cup filled and the unit turned off as specified in the description. I emptied the cup, plugged it back in, pressed the ON button and nothing happened. I tried pluggling it in to a different electrical outlet, toggling the ON/OFF button, removing and replacing the cup. Nothing worked. For all those out there in AmazonLand who purchased this and it still works you're lucky. To those who are thinking about buying this item, don't. I read the reviews and still purchased this item and I am sorry I did. OH, when you empty the container there is...

Don't bother
This dehumidifier is TINY. Adorable, but completely ineffective. The adapter plug gets really hot and it stopped working after 2 days. I'm sending it back.

eHealthSource Dehumidifier
It does a pretty good job in a small room, but it doesn't draw as much moisture as claimed.Still worth 30.00.

Whirlpool Part Number W10190415: Basket, Silverware

Good replacement part for KitchenAid dishwasher
My dishwasher is a 2005 KitchenAid model KUDS01FLSS6. The original silverware basket developed a hole in the bottom allowing silverware to fall through below the bottom of the basket, so I wanted to replace it. However, the original part is no longer available. The Whirlpool W10190415 is a suitable replacement, as it fits exactly. It comes with the fold-down lids for all the compartments, so it is ready to install as-is. Note the original had a convenient, thicker handle and a decorative metal strip along the top length of the basket opposite the handle, which the replacement part does not have.

I really liked the original handle as it is sturdy and easy to grip, so I decided to install it on the new basket. Here's how I did it:

I removed the two-piece plastic handle from the old basket by removing two screws. To install it on the new part, I needed to drill two holes in the new basket where the screw posts fit. It was easy and took just a few minutes to...

Both old and new baskets are pieces of $*&#!!!
First--this silverware basket, made for a top-of-the-line KitchenAid dishwasher wore out in five years--plastic parts broke out of the bottom and into my dishwasher drain line. Silverware was constantly falling through the holes it left. I've owned dishwashers for many years that never had problems with the silverware basket. Now they're being made out of cheap plastic and we're being charged $$$ to replace them...WITH THE SAME CRAP!

Second--the handle on the center of the basket shown in the picture isn't on the replacement basket. So it's off-balance and tilts precariously when you take it out of the dishwasher. My husband had to fish the old basket out of the trash and pry off the old handle and put it on this basket so that it wouldn't tilt and spill as it was being taken out of the machine.

American companies used to sell products that their customers could rely on. Those days are gone.

Fits perfect
Great original manufacturers part and delivered fast. Easy to order and pricing was as expected. This is the second one I have had to purchase tho. Thats a bummer!
