Does NOT fit the Dyson DC25 Animal
I am going to upload customer pictures so you can see this. This roller is about an inch shorter and much narrower than the original one I'm trying to replace. My machine says Dyson DC25, their bag says Dyson DC25. No idea what's going on here but definitely does NOT fit.
Not a Genuine Dyson Product...(revised review)
This beater bar doesn't have any Dyson markings on it, and appears to be an aftermarket replacement. It looks identical, and seems to function fine, but the seller is Dyson, and I expected a genuine Dyson product, not an aftermarket replacement.

I'm not sure if they revised their description, or if I missed it the first time around, but the description now says it is a generic replacement. I do not recall it saying this when I ordered the part.
With that said, In the interest of fairness I am going to change my review to 3 stars. This is based on the fact that the product does work as intended, and that I am not POSITIVE that I didn't miss the "generic part" when I ordered it. They will not get the other 2 stars from me as long as it says "By Dyson" in the product description at the top of the page. It's very misleading.
Dyson ball roller brush.
Well the roller brush on my dyson broke after a good year. I read really poor reviews on these because they're not brand, they're knock-offs. But we took a chance because we were in DESPERATE need of a good vacuuming and we didn't want to pay $80 to replace it. Got this and it fit like a charm and it's still in tact, a good month later. Highly recommended.
