Best Mixer Ever
I have had my original Bosch since about 1970. For years, I used to to make bread for a family of six every Saturday, not to mention the large batches of cookies required by four very active children. It still works wonderfully well, but my husband has recently become enamored of cinnamon rolls which he insists on baking himself. He is often called upon to be the "feature" at gatherings and has been carting my Bosch back and forth to our RV. I got tired of having to fetch it back, so bought myself a new one. This one works even better than the old one. I can only hope that it holds up as well.
Bosch Universal is a serious heavy duty tool
This mixer makes light of heavy breads, whips up a batch of cookies, and is fun. I have no trouble with two-loaf batches. Cleanup is not bad, even if a bit of dough does get into the grooves. A brush gets it out. The cookie paddles are a nice addition.

Finally got the Bosch mixer and it's great. Makes mixing doughs, batters an smoothies so effortless. Everything functions well and I've had no issues. I also got the bowl scraper for smaller batches and they work great too. Made cinnamon rolls for the first time ever and the dough worked perfectly. I've never successfully kneaded dough before, but the Bosch now does it for me! Just made smoothies tonight in less than a minute. If you're looking at a high end mixer and/or a high end blender, you should pick up this product, get the best of both worlds in one efficient package.
